In this meeting we will be joined by the operational heads of service to discuss and understand quarterly performance of each team. 

In this meeting we will be looking at topics for scrutiny activity. 

Matthew Walker (Chief Executive) will also be joining us to update the panel on the development of the new corporate plan. 

This panel meeting includes the attendance of operational Heads of Service to discuss quarterly performance within each of their teams. 

For this meeting, Graham Rosenberg (Head of Asset Management) is unable to attend, however Phil Benson (Asset Programme Manager) will be attending in his place to discuss asset management. 

We will also be joined by Zuzka Downing (South Team Area Manager) who will be explaining our new approach to ASB and good neighbourhood management.
