Your 2024/25 Neighbourhood Plan Update
We held a consultation with a number of customers to attempt to come to an agreement with parking in the close. Unfortunately this could not be agreed, however since the removal of un road worthy vehicles the issue of parking has resolved itself.
Interventions by LFHA has now resolved the dog faeces problem. However we will continue to monitor this.
A suitable existing location has now been found for secure parking of a motor bike.
Investigation was carried out to see if we could provide additional washing line space. It was decided that this would impact on the communal garden area and also have an impact on the ground maintenance.
A fence was erected to the side of Apple tree Court to prevent youths jumping over the wall and causing a nuisance within the court. Since the installation this behaviou has stopped.
LFHA have also been working with customers to improve other antisocial behaviour, although there are still a few issues, it has been much improved.
