Our Colleague Circle shows the behaviours we want our colleagues at Leeds Federated to meet.

In October 2026, we launched a refreshed Colleague Circle, based on feedback from customers and colleagues.

We're always looking for ways to do things better, so if you notice behaviours missing from the Circle that you'd like colleagues to meet, or have improvements to suggest, take the short survey to let us know.

If you're registered and signed in on Your Voice when you complete the survey, you'll be entered into a monthly prize draw to win £30.
