We’re reviewing our service standards to ensure they truly reflect what matters to you and that you remain satisfied with the services we deliver.
What's a service standard?
Service standards are clear, written commitments from each department on the level of service you can expect from us. They set out what each team will do, how well they do it, and how quickly they do it.
Our service standards cover repairs and maintenance, customer service, complaints, lettings, customer engagement, and anti-social behaviour.
It's also something concrete to measure us against, which supports accountability and transparency!
Thanks to everyone who shared their feedback on the draft survey standards on this page.
If you have any further feedback on our new published service standards email news@lfha.co.uk.
