Your neighbourhood plan for Richmond Hill & East End Park
Be part of creating your Neighbourhood Plan for Richmond Hill & East End Park
We’d like to work with you to create a Neighbourhood Plan for your area.
Update November 2024
We were in your area on the 6th and 7th of November to talk with you about your neighbourhood plan. Thank you to everyone who took the time to have a chat and completed the survey. All of your thoughts and opinions are valued and will be used to shape your neighbourhood plan!
The Survey will remain open, so if you haven't already, please complete the survey to let us know your thoughts! We are always here to listen.
What is a Neighbourhood Plan?
A Neighbourhood Plan sets out our commitment to you and your community. We want to help build a strong community with you, your neighbours, local businesses, local charities and so many more.
No-one knows your neighbourhood better than you and your neighbours, so to work out how the plan might look, we want to be guided by you.
A Neighbourhood Plan isn’t about “fixing problems”, it's about having a common goal of building a strong community. However, we will try our best to make your neighbourhood the best it can be for you and your community.
We want to know what's important to you and what you'd like to see in your community. We also want to hear what works well; is there someone in your community doing wonderful things for others that should be celebrated? Do you have an idea for your community, such as setting up a group activity that you’d like to arrange but need funding or resources to set it up? We can’t promise we can help with everything but let’s start the conversation.
Take part in the Survey
We'd love to hear from you and begin to get an understanding of how you feel about your neighbourhood.
Have your say now by taking part in the survey - this should only take a couple minutes to complete. Your answers will only be visible to Leeds Federated staff, and we'd really welcome your honest feedback.

What's Next?
Stephen will be doing an estate walkabout for Richmond Hill and East End Park on the second Monday of each month from 10am to 12pm. Stephen is happy to have a chat with anyone that wants to during these times so keep an eye out! You can also email Stephen or Scarlett if you would like to arrange a specific time to talk. Dates are shown on the 'Key Dates' on the right-hand side of this page.
We are also looking into arranging a drop-in session in your area as a further opportunity to discuss creating this Neighbourhood Plan for your community if there is interest shown to have this. Additionally, we are brainstorming lots of different ways you can get involved and we would appreciate your input on the survey!
