What is this project about?

In this project, we’d like to hear how you feel about your neighbourhood – both in terms of the street you live on and the wider local area surrounding your home.

What do you like about your neighbourhood? What don’t you like so much? What improvements would make you feel more positive about your neighbourhood?

How will my feedback be used?

Your feedback will give us a greater understanding of what’s working well in your neighbourhood, and what isn’t. This will help us to tailor our neighbourhood services, so we can better support our customers in feeling happy where they live.

We will keep you posted about any decisions or changes we make as a result of the feedback given in this project. On this page, you can subscribe to receive project updates via email.

How can I share my feedback?

• Quick poll: We've posted a poll asking how happy or unhappy you are with your neighbourhood as a place to live. Please cast your vote to give us an overall idea of how you feel about your neighbourhood. You will then be able to see how your answer compares to what other customers have said.
  
  
• Survey: Please complete our survey to give us a deeper understanding of how you feel about your neighbourhood and why. The survey will also give you the opportunity to pass any comments about your neighbourhood on to Leeds Federated staff. Please note: your answers will only be visible to Leeds Federated staff. We’d really welcome your honest feedback, so we know what’s working well and what you’d like to see improved.
