Help us to improve our Challenging Behaviour Policy
We’re updating our approach to how we understand and respond to challenging behaviour and we’d really value your input.
We’ve drafted a new Challenging Behaviour Policy that sets out our principles, responsibilities, and the support we offer to help everyone feel safe and respected.
Now we’re asking for your feedback!
Your views will help us make sure the policy is clear, compassionate, and genuinely useful.
Please take a few minutes to read the draft policy (click here to read), then complete the short survey to share your thoughts.
We’re especially keen to hear:
Is the policy clear and easy to understand?
Do you think it'll help to create a safer environment for customers and colleagues?
Are there any gaps or things we could improve?
Your feedback will help shape the final version of the policy before it's formally adopted.
Thank you for taking the time to help us get this right.
