We’re updating our approach to how we understand and respond to challenging behaviour and we’d really value your input.

We’ve drafted a new Challenging Behaviour Policy that sets out our principles, responsibilities, and the support we offer to help everyone feel safe and respected.

Now we’re asking for your feedback!

Your views will help us make sure the policy is clear, compassionate, and genuinely useful.
