May 2026 Update for Chapel Allerton and Moortown

Welcome to your monthly update for Chapel Allerton and Moortown.

Here's what’s been happening and what’s coming up.

We visited the area this month and found some fly tipping on Woodland View. We've arranged to have this collected.

If you see someone fly tipping, please report this to us on 0113 386 1000.

On Bentley Lane, we are clearing moss on the gable end roof. We are also aware of signs of a small leak on the top floor of block 12 - 16 and we have raised a repair for this.

We're also continuing to work with customers across all areas where garden and tree work has been identified within private gardens.

We’ll be in your area again on 24^th June – all residents are welcome to join the area visit. We’ll be walking around the area, checking for repairs, health and safety issues and neighbourhood management issues. We want to hear from you, so please join us if you can.
