A new name for the Fund

We've changed the name of the Fund from Community Grants Fund to Customer Engagement Fund. We've made this small change so the name better reflects the purpose of the Fund, the audience, and the impact it's designed to deliver.

The new name places more emphasis on you as a customer and supports our customer-focused approach.

The rest of the Fund remains the same - you can still apply for a grant of up to £250 to help with the cost of your project. You might be planning a one-off event or hoping to start something with other customers that grows into a long-term project.
