What do you think of the sample letters?

Please use this forum to post your thoughts on the following: 

• What works well about the new letters?
• What doesn’t work so well and could be improved?
• Put yourself in the shoes of a customer who’s just received one of these letters. How does the tone of voice used make you feel?
• Compare the before and after versions of the ‘gas check access’ letter. Which version do you prefer and why?
