Consultation has concluded
The Tenancy Policy explains the type of tenancy we will offer when you move into a new home. We would love to gain some feedback from you, our customers, on whether you think the policy is clear and easy to read.
Over the past year, we have been committed to enhancing customer engagement and ensuring that your voice plays a pivotal role in our services. This commitment has been recognised and integrated into our regulatory framework.
In line with this, we have spent the last 12 months adopting our new “Tone of Voice” approach in all our written communications. This approach ensures that all our letters and customer-facing documents are accessible, easy to read, and understand. Our goal is to make every interaction as clear and straightforward as possible for you.
We are currently reviewing our Tenancy Policy and have revised it to reflect this new tone. The revised policy aims to provide clear and accessible guidance on the various tenancy types offered by Leeds Federated. It aligns with the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing’s Tenancy Standard, ensuring transparency about your tenancy options.
We would greatly appreciate your thoughts and feedback on the revised Tenancy Policy. Your input will help us to continue improving and making sure our services meet your needs.
Please take a moment to review the attached policy document and share your feedback with us.
