SURPLUS TO PURPOSE

Hello, just wanted to share something that might be helpful if things are a bit tight right now. There are some great local initiatives working to make sure good food doesn't go to waste and gets to people who need it.

Basically, they team up with businesses to rescue perfectly good surplus food and then share it with the community. It's a win-win: less waste and more support for families.

If you're finding it hard to put food on the table, it might be worth looking into these kinds of projects in our neighbourhood. They're doing some really important work.

Residents mentioned children playing football and other activities are upsetting elderly residents and to look at options where the children can play.

There is Farnley activity pitch where children acn go and play safly at Low Moor Side, Leeds, LS12 5EA. Please follow the link for further information or call 01133760318 to find out more.

Extra lighting would result in additional service charges being applied to all residents. Therefore, we will be consulting with you further about this soon.


07/04/2025 Update:

Although we are not able to remove any fencing or sectioned gardens within Blue Hill Lane that have permission. We will not be allowing any more areas of the communal land to be sectioned off going forward.
