We've changed the name of the Fund from Community Grants Fund to Customer Engagement Fund. We've made this small change so the name better reflects the purpose of the Fund, the audience, and the impact it's designed to deliver.

The new name places more emphasis on you as a customer and supports our customer-focused approach.

The rest of the Fund remains the same - you can still apply for a grant of up to £250 to help with the cost of your project. You might be planning a one-off event or hoping to start something with other customers that grows into a long-term project.

We look forward to receiving your application!

The possibilities are wide-ranging. Here are just a few examples of projects we’ve supported:

    • Christmas parties and seasonal celebrations
    • Tree planting projects
    • Gardening initiatives for shared spaces
    • Craft clubs and creative workshops
    • Fitness and wellbeing activities such as chair aerobics or walking groups

If your idea brings people together and benefits the wider community, it’s worth applying.

It is worth mentioning here what we won't fund!

To ensure fairness and focus, the fund does not support:

    • Personal expenses or payments to individuals
    • Political campaigns or commercial ventures
    • Projects that exclude, discriminate, or promote divisive messages
