At Leeds Federated, we regularly carry out our own surveys to understand your views and improve the services we provide. Your feedback is really important to us and helps shape how we work in our neighbourhoods.
We also want to make sure your voice is heard on a wider stage. That’s why we would like to share this national survey from the Housing Futures Network, in partnership with Housemark and Neemar Search, and invite you to take part.
This research is looking at how housing services may need to evolve over the next 10 years. It’s important that residents across the country have the opportunity to influence those conversations. By taking part, you’ll be helping to ensure that real resident experiences and ideas are included in shaping future housing services.
The survey will ask about:
How long you've lived in social housing
What changes you've seen over time
Your experiences of your landlord and other services
How landlords can improve
How the role of housing staff will need to change over the next 10 years.
It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to complete.
We won't see your individual responses as the results will go straight to the Housing Futures Network, who will bring them together with other housing information and share at the Housing Community Summit in September. We’ll also share the outcomes with you once they’re published, so you can see how your feedback contributes to shaping the future of housing.
If you’re able to take part, it would be great to have your voice included alongside other residents from across the country.
