At Leeds Federated, we regularly carry out our own surveys to understand your views and improve the services we provide. Your feedback is really important to us and helps shape how we work in our neighbourhoods.

We also want to make sure your voice is heard on a wider stage. Earlier this year we shared a national survey from the Housing Futures Network, in partnership with Housemark and Neemar Search, and invited you to take part.

The survey asked about:

  • How long you've lived in social housing
  • What changes you've seen over time
  • Your experiences of your landlord and other services
  • How landlords can improve
  • How the role of housing staff will need to change over the next 10 years.

The survey has now closed but the research is continuing.

The Housing Futures Network will use the responses from the survey to look at how housing services may need to evolve over the next 10 years.

We haven't seen your individual responses as the results were sent straight to the Housing Futures Network, who will bring them together with other housing information and share at the Housing Community Summit in September. We’ll also share the outcomes and final report with you once they’re published, so you can see how your feedback has contributed to shaping the future of housing.

Thanks to everyone who has taken part; it's great to have your voice included alongside other residents from across the country. By taking part, you’ve helped ensure that real resident experiences and ideas are included in shaping future housing services.
