At Leeds Federated, we're committed to learning from every anti-social behaviour (ASB) case. We know that experiencing ASB can be tough, and our goal is to make our process as straightforward as possible for you, without adding to your stress.

What we're doing

We're always looking for ways to improve how we manage ASB cases, so you're kept in the loop and issues are resolved quickly and effectively. We'll be talking to customers who've recently experienced ASB to get their feedback on how we can improve.

We'll then use this feedback to ensure we're completely open and transparent, and that our customers get the best possible outcomes.

Tell us what you think

We want to hear from you! We're inviting you to discuss your experiences and share any concerns in our survey. You can access it below or by clicking here. Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve how we handle ASB cases. If you'd like to hear more about how we use your feedback, follow the project by subscribing.

Some of the frustrations we've heard from customers are that it takes a long time before anything happens when anti-social behaviour (ASB) is reported.

Each situation is different and our approach to tackling ASB depends on the level of impact and risk. Sometimes we can resolve issues reasonably quickly if we can take action ourselves, such as giving tenancy warnings. If we need to take legal action through court this process can take longer.
