What’s it all about
At Leeds Federated we want to make sure we learn from each anti-social behaviour case and put right any problems. Experiencing anti-social behaviour can be hard and we want to make our process as easy as possible for you and not add to any stresses or difficulties.
What we’ll be doing
We're always looking to improve how we handle cases, to ensure that you're kept informed of what's happening and any problems are resolved quickly and effectively. We’ll be speaking to customers who’ve recently experienced ASB to hear their feedback on how we can improve our handling of cases.
We'll then be using customers feedback and input to make sure we’re as open and transparent as possible, and that our customers receive the best possible outcomes.
Tell us what you think and get involved
We want to consult with you to make sure you can raise any concerns and discuss how you feel about them. Your feedback will help us to to improve how we handle ASB cases.
If you would like to hear more about this project and share your questions and views, please register for Your Voice. We will provide more updates and seek your views on our approach and how we implement the changes.
